Got me some Peri Peri sauce due to this thread. Looks fabulous! I gotta ask. How did you cut those? Not aware you can cut thighs like that but admit I usually just use thigh for sausage.
No Trader Joe’s around here, but did have them again last night from WFF. This time I smoked them on extreme smoke until they hit 165, then Judy seared them for about 4 minutes on each side. Be doing this again!!
