Good evening bradsbbq, Can you tell us how you do the wet ribs? Have you tried the 2-2-1 method? Do you use a rub? How long do you let the rub sit on before cooking. What are you smoking on electric, propane, charcoal?
And did you spray them with anything like apple juice or foil them? Do you know what your actual meat temps were? AND what did you take the temps with?
I know it sounds like too many questions...but we get you fixed up quickly.
Brad you can save them. Put them on a rack or a few cups in a pan add a 3/4" of water to the pan cover with foil and put in oven 450* for a hour to a hour and half that will render out the fat dry out the meat a bit.
