Are you interested? We are in Holland, are if we get enough interest, we would like to invite 3 local chef's and have a cookoff. Catagories can be Brisket, Ribs, Chicken ? You can enter, and sell your items to the public.

I was thinking in June, the 18th or the weekend before ( kind of like a "Dad's Day out")
