I thought I had my last opportunity to smoke a few days ago but this weekend changed things a bit. We had high 60s yesterday so one more time maybe. I do meal prep stuff because of my diet so this time I did 20 chicken thighs in my Camp Chef SG 24. Ten are seasoned with Mrs Dash Extra Spicy and ten are seasoned with a local steak house Porketta seasoning. They are vac packed for the freezer and consumed in rotation with other proteins.
