Me and a friend have been working on a cold smoker. Some of you may have seen this type on YT.

We got it going. This one is the prototype. Next full build Stainless.





Ok I'm done now for a week or so. Off to NOLA Friday for some bugs, andouille and hurricans.....WOOO HOOO

Hey Venture, you're a misplaced Husker?  Too bad, I'm in West Omaha!  You could have smelled the smoke coming from my house!
