I have had problems since I had this washer. Drain cant handle the capacity. I only have 1.5" drain. I think the best think to do is to put a laundry sink on other side of wall in garage and pump washer into that. Does that sound reasonable? This sink i looking at Sink

Yeah I have had it done a couple times over the last few years since I have had this washer. After spending some time on it they get it where it will just handle it and last for a little while. It does not dump much water but it a pain if you have things on the floor that get wet. I only do one load a week. Its a big washer and really pumps the water out fast.

Washing machine waste drain should be 2 " . If you're at 1 1/2 " the vent size could also be to small making it worse .

I had an issue with mine once but found that the kitchen sink goes into it too. Had grease buildup. Had to have it snaked. I also have it tape down good so it doesn't surge and splash.

Now that I think of it I was using those Green Gobbler Drain Cleaner & Deodorizer FRESH SCENT Sticks every month for a long time now. I stopped a few months ago because just got lazy. I think the really work. I will go ahead and get done once more. May go ahead and put tub in anyway to be done with this.

Well got it snaked today. Took all of about 15 minutes. You could still hear the drain filling up but did not go over. I going to go back to using those Green Gobbler Drain Cleaner & Deodorizer FRESH SCENT Sticks once a month. Guy was going to put a clean out in the drain but I still think I need to go ahead and put a laundry sink in and drain washer into it. I will just pay someone I know from river to do it.

We've been in our house for 32 years. About 20 years ago, we had the washer drain get stopped up and flooded our laundry room. When all was cleaned up, I moved the washer and dryer out into our garage and of course it's never overflowed since. Only problem is Sheila lost her parking place...😄
