Hello everyone, My name jeff, born and raised in Arizona with no desire to leave. I'm fairly new to electric smoking, so I apologize if I offend anyone with NOOB questions. My wife is outnumbered with 3 boys, and they love when I smoke meats. The 5 month old just doesn't know it yet ;). Currently, I am resurrecting with the 40" masterbuilt. I look forward to picking brains and stealing recipes, although being new, I hope I have something to bring to the table for others to benefit from.
