Wangs

This is the way we like them. Getting them ready for the smoker last night. The wife likes these without sauce. I like to try different sauces. I've had the BWW and Franks before. First try with the Hooters and Tabasco sauce. Rub mixed with EVOO in a ziplock bag.

Out of the smoker. I tried the Hooters, Tabasco, and BWW sauces. I didn't care for the Tabasco sauce. Hooters wasn't bad. I liked the BWW sauce the best.

Nice looking wings Take your wings to the next level and inject them instead of soaking them! I always do a couple batches, as not everyone in the family likes hot. So I'll inject most with whatever hot sauce I am using. The other batch gets either Teriyaki or just seasonings dusted.

Look very tasty! I've been usin' the Tabasco/Chipotle lately. Love the flavor. I like to smoke legs wrapped in bacon with rub, then pour on the sauce afterward.

Try some with Jeff's rub,  My family like's hot so I add a lot of cayenne  and they dissappear.

It's a good thing they were so good! I zoomed in on the price tag in the pic above and that's the highest I've seen yet. I thought they were supposed to go down after the super bowl...doh!

I used to fry my wings up religiously, after my first smoke, its the only way my wife will eat them now. I can't blame her either. Lol.
