Late to the party but all of this vortex talk has me getting very close to pulling the trigger on a Weber Kettle.

I don't know what you're cooking on now but a Weber kettle has been the staple of American backyard BBQ for about five decades now. They'll not only do just about anything you can come up with, they are extremely portable, even a old gandy like me can lift one into the back of a pickup. RAY

That last comment had me laughing out loud! I've had a cheap portable charcoal grill, a larger gas grill, and a 30" MES for years. Kept things cheap and simple as we were always watching funds and had to move a few times. We've settled in and bought a place recently, so I finally splurged and got the Camp Chef Woodwind SG with the sear box. Next step will be upgrading the cheapo charcoal grill. Have been going back and forth between a Weber and a PK.

I’m gonna be asking a lot of questions this week. Be prepared

Fire away FB, I'm retired and we've been in lockdown for months. I'll bring Bob over t the park in awhile and maybe get some groceries later, other than that I'll be around. RAY
