Well duh on my part, YouTube and IGN. THANKS. Ok wow. Good to see I am not the only one... Never ever got to see a map?! Do not recall any "linear intro" either. Interesting.
IGN and Gamespot are my go to for tips and tricks as well as walkthroughs if I'm lost ( which is often lol)

I haven't played in months, kinda got burned out.

Tonight I thought I would play a little GTA5 from the start on PC. I see there is now GTA5 Enhanced free download. Downloading the 94GB file now.

Wait? are you playing online before the single player mode? If that is the case I would play single player first. The first two chapters are pretty much a walkthrough.

Stuck at home for a week with ice decided to try to get through the dizzy spells using the Meta Quest. I have made some progress. Just try to power through them but still cant go very long before have to take them off. Pretty cool games though. I like the golfing game. Pretty much not find anything for the PC for what i willing to pay. I have gone back to re-playing games on my consoles. Just finished Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on Xbox. Pretty good game. Just started Mass Effect 2 on the PS3.

Yes we love the mini golf ones.
Walkabout Mini Golf by Mighty Coconut

They are a lot of fun and the putting is very accurite for angles and such
Mona is hooked on them, she owns every game they have. Not not very costly at all around $4.00 + each ( plus tax of coarse )

I still play Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008 on the Xbox360. I've tried many golf games and they are either insanely difficult or childlike. Even the subsequent versions of TW arent as good as 2008 IMO.

The graphics are pretty good even for an 18 year old game and the game-play is outstanding. Seems like developers are putting more energy in to goofy appearances and hair that flows in the wind than simulating actual golf these days. I used to actually play golf, so bieng a fairly real simulation is what I like.

I beat everything on the game years ago, I just love the game-play. I dont allot hours of gaming, so a round by myself in about 45 mins works for me with a cocktail before dinner. I dont want to get sucked back in to PC gaming. I work on my computer every day and want to walk away, and I got caught in the Quake2 time warp years ago and was totally addicted...God that was fun, but wow, the hours...I would find excuses to leave work early (different job back then), go home, draw the curtains, start drinking and smoking and the next thing I knew it was 2AM and I'm laughing like a madman rather than sleeping :emoji_laughing: :emoji_confounded:

It was one of good things about bieng recently divorced, I could do what I wanted when I wanted when I didn't have the kids.

I finished up Mad Max that I was playing off and on. Pretty good game that you get a lot of hours out of. Started Days Gone. You get around on a motorcycle. Liking it but have to do a lot of searching for items that I not a fan of but its part of the game.

Days Gone is not typically a game I'd get but I LOVED it. The character development is excellent and the story is great. It's a real shame they never did a sequel.

I got to that part where Boozer was healed up and took him for that motorcycle ride. Song was playing Soldiers Eye that I really like. Added to my playlist.

I've enjoyed RDR and RDR2 over the years. Still haven't completely finished RDR2, I keep playing for a few days, then getting distracted, etc. Haven't been gung-ho to follow the story line. lol

RDR3 would be nice, though...

I'd love to see a RD with a far less complex set of keyboard and mouse controls. Ruined the experience for me. I've tried a few times. Bummer too as it's an amazing game otherwise.

Ahhh yeah I've only played on XOne, so I dunno.

I been playing RDR2 on my Xbox. Starting to get bored with it now. I am on the part where they moved into the building.

I played RDR2 a couple of years ago and finished it but I wasn't really impressed. I know it's just a game but I get tired of games that make you be a thief and the ending sucked.
I did find a "newer" game that I liked. "Cyberpunk2077". It's raunchy as heck but it's a lot of fun. Lots of side content to play around with before you get pushed into the end game and I played it twice. As soon as I finish Mass Effect 3 (again), I may play it again as a different type. I plan on running by Gamestop tomorrow but I don't have high hopes. The new games seem to be all about DEI and I'm tired of it.
Luckily it's finally spring in Indiana and I can get outside.....

I spent the last two years playing the tar out of Helldivers with friends as my daily and finally hit the wall. I have Saros waiting on preorder. It's in the same universe as Returnal. If you are into old school arcade shooters it might appeal to you. Might take a while to get used to the perspective vs top down and it's hard as heck. Prolly lean on an old favorite until then. Been wanting to replay Wolfenstein 2009, but don't want to pull the PS3 out of storage.

I have looked at Helldivers but I dont do multiplayer. I have played all the Wolfenstein games. They good. I pretty much have a $15 limit on games so I wait for a while after they come out.

I am not very much into online MP either, but it did catch me. Something about working together as a team to complete missions in a given time period scratches a big itch for me.

What're you playing lately?

What are the Wolfenstein games like? I think I played one years ago on a PC.
Are they 1st person shooters? Are they linear or can you explore a little?
