Looks like it makes a nice brown turkey. I find the Artistic License some companies take in naming equipment amusing. If it don't submerse the bird in hot Oil to cook it, it ain't a fryer, regardless of how much it " Looks " like a fryer. Just because my Pickup has 4 tires, don't make it a Formula One Indy car...JJ
