Keep searching through the forum and you’ll be able to find a lot … you can take a look at my signature and I have a few recipes I posted ….. watch Duncan Henry on YouTube from his frost episode and learn how to formulate recipes and how to set everything up… get a gram scale and some basic equipment… venison can be used in anything …

I been doing this since I was 14 and most old time sausage makers are very hesitant to give out recipes.....GL
