Rainy Monday, so I made up some mesquite jerky with some lighting jack cheese! Powered through it and out came some amazing stick jerky!

Looks really good! Wish I was your neighbor... what better thing to do on a rainy day than go visit the neighbor and sample some jerky! Might even call for some barley pops!

You use a pre-mix seasoning or wing it on your own recipe?
I haven't used one of my own jerky recipes in quite a long long time. When I did, it was for goose breast mainly and it was often times hit or miss because of the meat itself. I'm a huge fan of high mountain seasonings! Never been disappointed!
