I don’t have any pics right now as its been awhile since I made them, but this is a fantastic burger recipe.

1 or 2 lbs of browned hamburger
Thin slice a 1/4th to a 1/3rd of a block of Velveeta cheese. Add to the browned hamburger on stove top setting 4 or 5. Allow cheese to melt but stirring constantly to prevent the cheese from burning.

serve on hamburger buns (I prefer a big fluffy sesame seed bun) with toppings of choice and condiments.

I prefer red onions, bbq sauce and ketchup on mine.

Tots or fries as a side and an ice cold Root Beer makes this a perfect meal. Very similar to Sloppy Joe’s.

I love Velveeta Cheese.
However not on a hot Sammy.
I made 2 Grilled Cheese, one with American Cheese, and one with Velveeta.
The American won Hands down. Same thing with cheese on a Cheeseburger.

However Velveeta wins when you need cheese to go with crackers or Ring Bologna.

Just My 2 Piasters,
Bear
