I have made a lot of Bologna , Summer Sausage and Fresh Sausage with my 8 Qt. Press but I have not tried snack sticks yet. I just picked up a 4 quart enterprise and I would like to break it in with snack sticks. Question is do I need a smaller nozzle or what size casings do I need for the original nozzle? I was thinking of making a 1/2" nozzle but I was hoping someone has used the Enterprise for this purpose. Advice needed?
