Great looking meal Ray! I make Ribs on the MES 40. Tried recently on the offset Chargriller, but didn't taste as good. I've been off for about 5 + months, had the right hip replaced, and now almost at 90% good. I've got all of your Joke postings saved up, so I'll be reading them asap.
Here in Ga it's mid to high 90's lately, but feels like over 100. No where near your heat.

WONDERFUL TO HEAR YOU'RE BACK AND ON THE MEND MIKE! I'VE HAD BOTH HIPS AND SHOULDERS REPLACED, THE OLDER I GET THE MORE STUFF WEARS OUT. WTF, IT GIVES DOCTORS SOMETHING TO DO! TAKE IT SLOW.

I HAD FULL REPLACEMENT SURGERY ON MY RIGHT SHOULDER 15 MONTHS AGO MATT. DURING THE SURGERY THE BRACHIAL PLEXUS NERVE WAS CUT OR DAMAGED. THAT CAUSED MY THUMB AND INDEX FINGER TO GO NUMB AND NOT MUCH WORK ANYMORE, IT'S PERMENANT. I GOT RID OF GUNS AND POWER TOOLS THAT I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE AGAIN, CAN'T TIE A FISHING KNOT OR A PAIR OF SHOES. I'VE LEARNED TO DO A TON OF STUFF LEFT-HANDED, I AIN'T DEAD, SO IT'S NOTHING TO SIT AROUND AND CRYBABY ABOUT. SO THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE CAPS, IT'S EASIER WHEN USING ONLY TWO FINGERS TO TYPE. I here you on the heat Ray. Ribs look really good. I also just buy on sale but still buy to much! I have enough food to feed a big family for a long time.

AND I HEAR YOU ON THAT ONE BRIAN. I HAVE A UPRIGHT AND CHEST FREEZERS IN MY GARAGE, USUALLY BOTH PACKED. WIFE DOESN'T EAT BEEF OR PORK SO IT'S PRETTY MUCH ALL FOR ME! I EAT A LOT OF DINNERS ALONE, USED TO IT BY NOW. RAY
