Great looking meal Ray! I make Ribs on the MES 40. Tried recently on the offset Chargriller, but didn't taste as good. I've been off for about 5 + months, had the right hip replaced, and now almost at 90% good. I've got all of your Joke postings saved up, so I'll be reading them asap.
Here in Ga it's mid to high 90's lately, but feels like over 100. No where near your heat.
