Hello from Southwestern Pennsylvania.

I have found value in this site over the past couple of years and thought I would sign in.

My experience in smoking food is probably less than average for those on this site.

I use the lazy man's smoking method..... Bradley digital.

Appreciate all the info provided by those of you on this site that are very experienced.
