Well, it's been a few years since I posted up I'm still processing my own meat and making my own sausage and bacon. I just made a up grade to the Infidel Smokehouse. I got a Bradley cold smoker and added to my smokehouse.. why cause it was free money to buy it and I'm tired of changing out smoked chips every hour for 24hrs.
