WOW I used my 55 gal drum smoker on Saturday & I can not believe how easy it was. I started with 4 slabs of ribs & when they were done I was just going to cook my Pork shoulder on Sunday but The smoker was hot so I put the shoulder on & I can not tell you how delicious it tasted. It was so easy & my family ate it all so it must have been good.
