Hello all!

I'm Tyler and  I have been reading your site since May when I first got a smoker. For my birthday I got myself an Analog 30 MES and have been loving it. Decided to join after all the great recipe tips and for the reviews on the A-MAZE-N pellet smoker, which I just bought today. Can't wait to use it (haven't been happy with the amount of smoke).
