Two Butts!!!

Did two butts on my Smokin'-It Model #2 today. Both were just under 8lbs. Smoked at 225 with Hickory. Pulled them off the smoker 11 hours and 45 minutes in. One butt was reading 192 and the other was reading 198. Let them both rest for 1 hour. Turned out great.

Very nice smoke. Those butts look delicious. Do you use a finishing sauce on your pulled pork??

No, I have never put any kind of finishing sauce on my butts. I do add some of the drippings however.
 
I bet it was amazing, what kind of rub did you use?
It was pretty tasty I must say. I just used an all purpose rub that I found online. Nothing too crazy.
Paprika, black pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper.
