Thanks for finding this for me I greatly appreciate it. What kind of smoker do you got there looks like a beast? Maybe you have a thread posted somewhere with it that I’ve missed or it’s slipped my mind. In my old age my mind seems to be failing me.

It used to be a commercial stainless steel double wide fridge... built it before I was a member here.

Gets used mostly for cold smoking now.

Wow trailer and all that’s neat. What do you use to generate smoke?
Mostly an amnps. But do have a 3 burner cast iron propane burner inside for some heat if needed. Don't really use the fire box on the back anymore. Two bearings on rear axel and long angle irons are only thing that cost me anything.
