I am smoking a turkey breast tomorrow and figured I had some turkey sausage and turkey bacon laying around so why not try my first fatty. So my question is will these two items work for a good fatty, and if so does anyone have any recommendations for fillings? Also since the turkey products are so lean, am I going to have to add anything in to fatten them up some so they roll and stick together better? Thanks for any help you can give me.
