So, I didn’t see the comments about the temp until after it was done so this one smoked at 250 and it’s was amazing. The skin wasn’t tough and it was super juicy.

Looks like you nailed it, congrats!!!

Just wait until you add some cure#1 to your brine and inject that all over and smoke it.
You will get that extra amazing flavor and the drums will be like the state fair style smoked drums too :D
