Turkey conundrum ?!?! help plz and thanks

    so..i accidentally left a turkey breast out on the counter for about 3 hours..it had just been taken out of the fridge..after realizing it i quickly threw it in the freezer to rapidly cool..it was still cool when i picked it up..think its okay to smoke still?

    Give it a good wash, dry it and apply your rub or brine...no need to worry, just wait 30 minutes under smoke or in the oven before sticking it with the probe thermometer...JJ

    i only have one pic of the cook.. [​IMG]

    the one on the right is a butterball breast pre brined and seasoned with cajun style seasonings..

    the left is brined and seasoned by myself

    i have no pics of these current projects as i wasnt eating them..instead i was paid to stare at these breasts all day... [​IMG]

    tho i do have a pic or two of the breast i did just a week earlier which was brined and seasoned the same as the breast on the left..


    it came out great..was juicy..great smoke ring..
