Hey JJ.  Sure glad you added that bit about the Purple Dino.  You can tell I'm getting old--had NO idea who the heck Barney was.

Do you season the pork at all? Or just straight out of the brine, onto the smoker?

Once it comes out of the brine I give it a good coating of my pork rub.
Since I started uing JJ's brine I've never had chops I haven't been real happy with.
