Tropics Labor Day

We had a really nice day for this BBQ,I did not get as many pics as I wanted but here are some of what we had,with new neighbors and family.

I made 2 trays of smoked Mac & Cheese
No finished shot

Par boiled some Chicken for the grill

PR Rice and Beans

Home made Italian Sausage with Peppers & Onions

Did a Pork Shoulder like a Lechon in my Kettle
added some Pistachio Shells for smoke
