Trompo Beans & Brats in the Kamado

Hot Brats, salt, beer, dried onion & baked beans. Added in that order. Kind of like doing a shrimp boil. The aqua tint in a couple pics is from my canopy reflecting. It's raining cats and dogs here.

That does look good! Where did you get your trompo plate?, it looks like a nice one.

Does that plate have a rounded bottom like a wok, or is the bottom flat? I guess I should google it.
