Hello again!!

I know I have posted a lot lately, but I am trying to bring in the New Year right with a lot of smoked or grilled meat!!

Here is some pictures (food porn) of last nights dinner! TriTip! YUM!

It was seasoned with a package of Jonny's A' jus mix with some SPOG! Kingsford blue bag briquettes and Hickory wood chunks. It then cooked for about a hour and half at 300 F with out a water pan. Yes it was slightly rare to medium rare!
