Very nice broke! That’s some nice looking TT sans the open flame for sure!

A couple of our sons came over with their families today. Took out some trip tip from the freezer and wife seasoned them up with salt and pepper. They requested smoked meat and since they live out of town I figured Tri tip was best since it is fast cook and tastes great.
Got the fire going View attachment 501594and put some zucchini and mushrooms in half pans since they tend to take a little longer. Cooked the tri tip between 263 to 270 using pecan wood. Took 1hr and 15 min for them to get between 131- 134. Pulled them all off and wrapped in foil for 20 min to rest. View attachment 501595
I generally prefer to cook these over open flame on the Santa Maria grill but these came out very tasty and have excellent smoke flavor. View attachment 501596
DIL made Mac and Cheese using habanero cheese and it was quite good. Wife made a corn salad that is bomb. Other DIL recipe. No pics sorry. Also had some French bread we poured a mix of metered butter and garlic paste on then wrapped in foil and on smoker till done. Oh boy it was good. Got busy enjoying the grandkids and forgot most of the pics. These are all I got.
I did my tri-tip on my Kettle. I added a little bit of cherry wood to the cook and had it on for about 15 minutes each side. I use a garlic, onion and paprika rub. It was one of the best meals I have ever had
