Tri-tip recipe that'll turn vegetarians into meat eaters

Cooked this tri-tip up yesterday afternoon. From the darkness it looks like it was in the middle of the night but that's the Alaska winter for you. Happy New Year all.

Man that thing turned out great. We don't get a lot of them in the store up here in Alaska, so I try to snatch them up from time to time when I see them around.

I sliced the TT against the grain.

The local grocery store will order TT for me, but you very seldom find it in the meat coolers.
