Family member birthday bbq today. Used oak wood and seasoned with oakridge carne Crosta rub. It’s pretty good over high heat.

Looks phenomenal Flatbroke. You hit it out of the park. I haven’t seen a tritip cooked to perfection like that in quite awhile. You could definitely give some lessons on how to slice a tritip yours looks perfect.
