Looks great I am trying to decide what to smoke tomorrow. I am considering getting up early and make a fatty for breakfast and maybe some ribs for supper

sb - the pulled pork looked really tender and the ribs were probably tasty to those that ate them.

There was no suger in it, thats a first for me

Good looking smoke SB. I have recently been fooling with less sugar in my rubs and mops...seems to have cut down on the crispy crunchys.

Just a thought...Bark is good but rock candy on the outside of any meat is just wrong in my opinion.

You may have misunderstud me, first time i didn't use suger on ribs.

buzz........chada and rose bringing spares over tomorrow for me to pratice with breaking in the new sfb..........going to try out your rub recipe you sent me.............let you know how it werks out..........should the ribs using your rub, be rubbed down tonite?
