todays smoke

todays smoke, pizza fatty naked fatty, cabbage, eggs and nuts. using hickory and set at 230. not sure i will reach 230 today its a chilly right now.

nuts are great. pulled them out after first hour. the eggs pulled them out after first hour and no smoke flavor. put them back in.
Everything looks good, you may need to refine your bacon weave technique. How long do you smoke the cabbage for?

my bacon weave needs help i know it. the cabbage has been in since 3.5 hours and its not soft yet. i am going to shut it down and wrap and put on grill to soften.
