Two 20 inch racks covered with SPOG.

Got the WSM/GURU combo rocking at 220 with R.O and apple chunks.

Using the 2-2-1 method with apple juice when they get foiled.

Started out today with a hike on the Florida Trail for 2.25 hours.

Then discovered a new friend on the front porch.

It's an oak snake..kinda small for around here,they get real big...kind of a friendly guy.

They eat bugs lizards,frogs and such.

Put 8 local sweet corns in after the foil.

Out of the foil after 2 hours and back on for a half hour.

Juicy and delicious!!

 We are a happy group.

After 2 hours.

Another great smoke on my WSM.

Still have charcoal left from the initial purchase. Unbelievable!!!!

I am now convinced the GURU is an amazing thing..

The WSM now stays at 220 non stop....except when ya leave the lid off too long.......hehehehehehehe.
