If you can....buy a bunch of the front legs... a.k.a swamp wings. Yep, cook 'em up like chicken wings on the grill....thank me later.....

I'm curious Jake....was the seasoning sprinkled on the outside of the crawfish?
Most of the commercial boil shops do this now to save money. don't have to season the water as much.
 
No Keith this was all in the water. Was super rich and spicy. Was boiling them 100lb at a time in a big rectangular vat. Sold out in 3hr lol
