It's hard to find a bluetooth or wifi thermo which has both a chamber and meat probe. What does everyone use for their chamber temp/thermo? I have an older Maverick which needs to be replaced.

Do you wanna monitor via smart phone app or dedicated remote?

If app, Meater+ or Meater block or Thermoworks Signals
if dedicated remote, Thermoworks Smoke X2 or X4

Note that the Thermoworks units can be also used as temperature controllers buy adding their Billows fan.

the Meater probes can be used with a rotisserie and/or with a cooker without thermometer probe ports or snaking cable thru a door.

@Inkbirdbbq is a sponsor here. I have their 4 probe wifi that I love. Usually post up discounts on here and they are available on Amazon.

I upgraded from a Maverick ET-732 to a FireBoard 2 (no Drive) earlier this year, and I've been very happy with the features and performance.

LIke Jim, I use an Inkbird. Mine has spots to run up to 6 probes. The one I got is Bluetooth only, but it's strong enough that I can be inside the house and 20-25 yards away and still get signal. Works great for me.

Big fan of the ThermoPro units. Plus they're a site sponsor.
