…..just magical!

Outrageous! I can taste it with that Kinders “The Blend” perfectly marbled beef. Hell to the yeah. Fantastic work. Love that plate shot.

I am sitting here drooling. Pretty awesome. Even the salad looks great. Big pat on the back bud!

Excellent looking PR!
Tell your wife that her salad looks awesome too!
I’ve seen a ton of PR photo’s, but the salad really caught my eye!

I can see why you're at a loss for words. Looks like you nailed it.

$5.49 a pound did you bring a gun? Jk beautiful work by you and the misses

I'm planning to smoke a rib roast for Christmas, or at least direct traffic, and can only hope that it turns out as good as yours. Excellent looking, civil!

Thanks Al! The salad was the bomb! this was a version of my wife's lemon thyme dressing I've posted before (below), but instead of thyme she added a mixture of fresh chopped herbs, thyme, rosemary, sage, parsley, and red pepper flakes, it's a tasty combination! The pomegranate was a basket gift from a friend and a nice add with the pine nuts.

1/2C Extra Light Olive....NOT extra virgin.
3 Tbs each white wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey
1 tsp each lemon zest, fresh thyme
1 Tbs Dijon
1 garlic clove
2 Tbs minced shallots
1/2 tsp kosher salt
