I love smoking/grilling them but rotisserie this way is now my favorite.  Now that I know how well it works  I'll do a bunch next run.   The only thing I did was season them with Sucklebusters Wild Thang rub and popped them onto the OctoForks and cooked over a nice hot fire.

Man those gave great color! What about a basket under the meat to cook some taters?

Thanks B, Yea they were killer.   My favorite way for taters is actually hanging them on hooks on the inside of the drum. Now If I do something like a roti chuck roast or something then I often put them into the drippings pan with onions, carrots etc... yum.  Ugh now I'm hungry again!

Love those quarters!

Looks like great quarters, FWI:  congrats.  I need to get back to doing this, although it's dang hard to cook yardbird at home with Costco's huge whole rotobirds being $5.

They look delicious!

Well done!

Al
Thanks Al! They were most definitely that

Those are tasty for sure but something about spinning  over a fire I really love.   I'm glad I have a good way to spin quarters because before I'd have to try to cram only two in a basket. lol
