I decided to Buy a Sear Daddy by Smoke Daddy for my pellet grill. I was hoping to be able to cook steaks, chops, and burgers with a good sear on them. I have used it 4 times now and I like it. Yes, it has a serious hot spot in the middle over the fire pot, but if you keep an eye on it works good.
