I have a beautiful Prime brisket from Costco that needs to be trimmed and tossed on the pit.

Been looking forward to it for weeks now. The weather here throughout he week has been simply beautiful.

Now my day off from work, the only day I can cook this brisket, is going to be hot as the sun as the heat dome moves over the entire country.

I squandered the entire week of beautiful weather working inside. The universe is a cold and cruel place. Earth is a hot and cruel place.

Yeah I feel your pain. It's been nice here for the last week.
The Mrs. has 2 daughters and a grandchild coming this weekend for a visit and she wants me to cook something for them.
It's supposed to be in the 90s....
