There's a lot of available info on here. The first thing I'd do is determine how big of a turkey will fit comfortably in your smoker. Once you decide on that, check the recipe area here and see what you may like. I'm sure some of the folks on here will reply with more details, and the recipes most likely have cook temps and times. I have had pretty good success smoking some smaller turkeys with some injectable marinade, they always tasted great. I try to do about 30-40 minutes per pound
