Thanksgiving 2019 Pork Loin Roast

Yesterday was almost a disaster,had to trash a 15 pound Crown Roast. Found one store open Save a Lot they saved my day,picked up a 6.5 pound boneless Pork Loin
Rubbed it down with @xray Porketta Rub Joe thanks again for that recipe
In the oven with brown sauerkraut

Stuffed Baby Bella Mushrooms

Double baked taters with some Tilla Mook & bacon

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and lots of sides no pics
The roast with the sauerkraut

On the cutting board you can see the rub better

I pulled this at 145°F

SV Thank you I posted it yesterday meat went bad in the fridge

15 lb. Crown Roast trashed

Bought it last week sell by date 11/26/19 my fridge hold 38°F checked fridge temp every day with out opening it.Today I went to see what size pan to use and you guessed it the nose knows. Richie Scrambling to find a store open
