I just passed one thousand points. I find it amazing that the skilled pit masters on this great forum have been so generous. I suspect it speaks to their generosity as opposed to my skill.

Sorry, Red, but you are one of those guys who I looked up whenever I did a smoke when I first found SMF. I will always consider myself as the student to people like you. Any success I have is built on your and the other members knowledge.

Hey, Dave, that is tres gentil, mon ami! You have always been one of the go to guys for me and I have learned a lot from you. My ham brining has improved greatly since you got me thinking about adding cure based on the weight of the meat AND the water. So, you make my favourite flavours, my southern neighbour, eh!
