I've been grilling on propane for as long as I can remember. Before that the little hibachi. About 5 yrs ago I took a class offered by 2 local Smoking Professionals on the low and slow. Have been using the Weber Kettle since. About a month ago I picked up a Pit Boss and have thoroughly enjoyed using it. Unfortunately Saskatchewan has come under an Arctic front with - 30 to -40 C wind chills. Likely to slow me down for a while.
