Hello from Westminster, Colorado. Just purchased my first smoker. Runs on gas and I'm excited to try a different way of cooking! I'm taking in every bit of information that I can obtain, and a big "thank you" goes to Jeff for this site and the pointers received so far. I'd appreciate any advice for a "newbie" and hope everyone has a great weekend.
