Thanks for letting me join your forum.  I have a Masterbuilt smoker with 5 racks that I got for my birthday a few years ago from my wife.  I have had great success doing fish, chicken and pork.  We reside in Alberta, Canada were the summers are awesome and the camping is phenomenal (except when the forest fires are on).  I hope to learn lots and share what I have for knowledge.
