My name is Sam Unsworth. I live in the southern part of Indiana in beautiful Brown County.

I have been lurking around in the background here, reading up on all the topics the members here have shared. You all have provided a wealth of knowledge by sharing your smoking experiance. Reading these articles has given me the confidence to smoke beer butt chicken, pulled pork shoulder and ribs. I have only had my smoker for a little over a month, but with the articles you provide, I'm not afraid to try any item in it!

First off welcome to SMF there Sam. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I wold recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
