I want to say thanks ahead of time, I joined because of all the experience here. I finally signed in because I bought my first electric smoker. I normally use the Primo but with the amount we entertain it sometimes becomes a hassle. I live in Navarre Beach, Fl. We are going through our first "deep freeze" of the year. Again thank you all. I'm sitting by the fire seasoning my MES 40. Awaiting my amazen pellet smoker to put in it.
