                                           Thai Bar – B - Q Grill

These pictures were taken down on our farm. While wife and kids were cooking chicken and shrimp on grill, I was out trying to get something with little more meat on it. New grill cost about $2, clay pot with grate on top. Works great. On farm this is main way to cook. They use coconut shells to cook with.

Phil, morning....    Do you milk those critters ??  I hear water buffalo milk makes the best Mozzarella cheese.....  Nice looking herd.....  And they look pretty docile too.....  Dave

That's a whole different way of life you got going...Looks Peaceful...JJ

Dave---Water buffalo are kinda like Asian women----Small in the milk producing area---If you catch the drift---But yes it does make good cheese---They are docile---Lot of farmers let them sleep under the house and kids play on them but when they do decide to go somewhere don't get in their way---I have seen big rig trucks completely totaled form hitting them on roads---They still use them for farming but not as much anymore--Year old female calf will sale for around $3,000--Now if you buy one of them big boys, can cost around $10,000 or more--- I have tried the meat but it is real tuff---One day I may try and smoke some
